Project Description

Through my media company, Bobby Keys Media, I created and designed a history book for Stroud’s Restaurant. They felt the new generation of Kansas City had forgotten about the Stroud’s brand.  We wanted to reinforce their history through stories from owner, as well as, articles from the past, yet give it a homegrown feeling.  We decided we needed to tell their story to a new generation of customers, give their customers something to do while waiting for tables (which is a common issue due to the style of cooking), and reinforce their brand through a book of memories.
